Noblequest Health Foundation is a Los Angeles-based non-profit 501(c)3 community health center. Our main clinic is located in Van Nuys, California.  Noblequest Health Foundation's overarching mission is to provide health care for all, including those who are uninsured, undocumented, or homeless.

Noblequest was founded in 2013 by a group of individuals with a deep desire to give back to the community. This is embodied by the company value that "You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.” Compassion, generosity, and a desire to help others are all key values at the core of Noblequest’s operation.

Noblequest offers a full range of medical treatments, including Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Women's Health, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry. More recently, given the historic and unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, Noblequest has administered Covid-19 testing and vaccinations. The mental health and the wellbeing of patients are of great importance. To this effect, Noblequest offers psychological therapy and counseling. Additionally, Noblequest offers a program that assists homeless individuals with finding accommodation and shelter.
