Noblequest Health Foundation is a Los Angeles-based non-profit 501(c)3 community health center. Our main clinic is located in Van Nuys, California.  Noblequest Health Foundation's overarching mission is to provide health care for all, including those who are uninsured, undocumented, or homeless.

Noblequest was founded in 2013 by a group of individuals deeply imbued with the desire to give back to those less fortunate than themselves. This is embodied by the company value that "You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.” Compassion, generosity, and a desire to help others are all key values at the core of Noblequest’s operation.

Noblequest's Chief Medical Officer and co-founder, Dr. Maria Victoria Alfaro, MD, holds a double board certification in internal medicine, obesity, and weight loss management. Dr. Alfaro has completed her training and residency out of UCLA VA Hospital in Los Angeles. She also served as a professor at UC Davis School of Medicine.

 

Noblequest's Chief Executive Officer and founder, Dr. Ailene Rivera, holds a doctorate's degree in physical therapy and a master's degree in healthcare administration. Dr. Rivera has over 22 years of hospital system management and operations background.

Noblequest offers a full range of medical treatments, including Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Women's Health, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry. More recently, given the historic and unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, Noblequest has administered Covid-19 testing and vaccinations. The mental health and the wellbeing of patients are of great importance. To this effect, Noblequest offers psychological therapy and counseling. Additionally, Noblequest offers a program that assists homeless individuals with finding accommodation and shelter.
